Separate confidence levels

Mark addresses as directly published, vendor-supplied, inferred or independently verified. An inferred pattern such as first.last@domain is not evidence that the mailbox belongs to the intended person.

Handle failed checks

If the address cannot be validated, keep the contact in a research queue instead of sending repeated guesses. Maintain bounce and opt-out suppression records across tools.
